Ordering
Orders may be placed online at www.magaljewelry.com at any time. Once your payment has cleared and checkout has been completed you will immediately receive a confirmation via email.
Please note that all our items are made to order and may take up to 1 week to be prepared for shipment. A sales representative will notify you if the production time will be longer for any reason.

Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping worlwide through USPS or DHL.
You will be notified via email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Taxes and Duties

All taxes have been included in the price of your goods.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with their original packaging. Because all our items are made to order returns incur a 30% restocking fee (calculated from the item's full price).

Simply contact us via e-mail at: info@magaljewelry.com to receive your return label.

* For international returns, a fee may apply.

For your protection, your return should always be shipped insured and include a copy of your receipt.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and Magal is not responsible for returns lost by shipping couriers.

We’re happy to repair any item purchased through our website. If your piece requires repair more than 6 months after receiving it, fees may apply.

Promo codes are non-cumulative, they cannot be combined.
